In this video, I'm going to take you behind the scenes of my online business and share with you the two systems that I use to automate my sales and save me so much time.

These are two simple systems that you can set up to really reduce the amount of time that you need to spend on things like sales calls, or even eliminate them completely.

The first strategy is the reason that I'm able to make sales while I'm sleeping, while I'm at the beach, while I'm hanging out with my BFs - and that will never not be cool to me. This strategy is the way that you are going to remove yourself from the day-to-day sales process while it is still happening behind the scenes.

Yes, you're going to spend the time and energy to set this up, but once you do it is going to run that 24/7, 365 days of the year in the background of your business which makes it completely worth it to do.

So, what is that thing?

Sales funnels - specifically, automated sales funnels.

There are, of course, many different ways that you can do this but I'm going to explain to you exactly how I do it; It's simple. It's not overly complex, and it works.

The very first step is you are going to get someone to raise their hand and say, "yes, I am interested in this topic" or interested in the transformation that you can help someone with. So you want to think of something really enticing that you can give away to your ideal client.

And by ideal client, I mean someone who is a perfect fit for your product or service, and someone who will really value that transformation.

So you're going to create something for people that is free and full of tons of value. This could be a free PDF, this could be a template, or it could be my favorite which is a free training or workshop. This allows you to go even deeper and for people to get to know you and see you on video, which I think is really powerful.

You're going to create that freebie, but in order to get it, someone will need to sign up with their name and email address in order to receive it. For me, I do a free training - I prerecord that using the amazing platform Descript (I am absolutely obsessed with this video editing tool - I have a video that walks you through exactly how to use it here), then what you need is a page where you can put that free training for people to watch and you need a page where you put all of the details of your free training which needs to include a signup form where they'll put their name and email in order to get access to watch the free training.

For this part, I'm using the tool Kartra - this is what runs basically all of my sales and marketing pages, and tech, that I need in my online business. I highly recommend it because of how powerful it is and because it allows everything to be in one place which seriously cuts down on tech headaches.

So when someone signs up, they are going to then be able to watch that value packed workshop that you created and at the same time you are going to automate an email going out that gives them the link to the workshop in case I can't watch it right away. Then, from here, what you want to do is set up a series of automated emails that go out and talk more in detail about the transformation you can help people with and introduce your offer.

And, this is important: You want to have a limited time offer. That's why I use the software Deadline Funnel - it is awesome, and it is what allows you to create genuine limited time offers for people in an automated way. (There's also a super simple way you can get started and you can do that within Kartra as well). However, the timing of this is important. You do want things to be limited time. What I do is that I have my workshop only available for a limited time, as well as the offer itself and that is specific to each subscriber based on when they signed up. This encourages people to watch the free training and to determine if your product is actually the right next step for them.

This is a really important system to set up because that system is what is going to ensure sales are happening 24/7 in your business without your input required.

It's totally worth it to do that initial setup because of what that means for you long-term in your business.

It's one of the best things that I ever set up in my business, for sure.

Once you have that sales funnel set up, your job is now to send people to it.

One way that people are doing this and that I'm doing it is by showing up on Instagram - and, that brings us to the second automation tool, which is ManyChat.

Once you have this tool set up, you're going to post your reels and if someone comments a specific word this tool is going to automatically send them a DM from you with the link to go and therefore enter your sales funnel.

These two tools together are super powerful.

You're going to be able to completely automate that process. All you're doing is posting the reel with the exact word that people should comment, and then these two systems take care of the entire sales process from there. Of course, sometimes you'll get emails or DMs with questions, but that's totally fine because this system is still cutting down on so much manual time of yours.
