My Top 5 Favorite Podcasts to Listen to (Entrepreneurship)

Welcome back to my series Going Remote. In today’s video, I thought it would be fun to share with you my top five favorite podcasts to listen to. These five are my go-to’s. They are all about business and entrepreneurship – that’s because I’m obsessed with this topic. I love entrepreneurship because it challenges us in so many different areas of our life. It’s not just that you need to know the strategy, you also need to develop your mindset and work on personal development – so it kind of covers us in all these areas. That’s why I tend to listen to this topic. Let’s dive into the top five.

#1 - Mind Your Business Podcast

The first of my favorite podcasts is the Mind Your Business podcast with James Wedmore. Mindset is a huge piece of the puzzle when it comes to entrepreneurial success, so it absolutely cannot be ignored. The sooner that you realize this, and you start working on it, the better. This podcast is amazing – it is going to challenge your existing beliefs, and make you look at things in new ways. James has episodes like 10x in 12 Months, Control Your Thoughts, Control Your Life, and Raise Your Vibration. I’ll leave a link to all of the podcasts that I recommend in the comments below, so that you can go and have a listen this weekend.

#2 – On Purpose

The next podcast is On Purpose with Alex Beadon. This one is on pause right now, but it is worth binge-listening to everything that she has created so far. I’m obsessed with this podcast – I think this podcast is really cool. She shares with you a behind-the-scenes look at running her online business, and she shares with you exact numbers and strategies, which is my favorite way to learn. Let me know in the comments down below if you’re the same. I love to learn from people’s real-life experiences and hear about tangible things that they did. Alex is awesome – she is super-energetic, and she is going to give you that motivational push that you need to keep going. Episodes include Launch Lessons from My $58,000 Launch, How to Strategically Prepare for a Launch, and One Year of the Podcast and Lessons Learned. As I said, lots of behind-the-scenes content.

#3 – The Productive Life

The next one is by a good friend of mine, Megan Minns. It is called The Productive Life Podcast with Megan Minns. I love the way that she approaches work and life, and I have learned a lot from her over the years. She talks about work-life balance, about working intuitively, and personal development, which I love. Episodes include My Weekly Schedule: How to Plan Your Work Week, Are You Burning Yourself Out?, and How to Get Inspired.

#4 –Stevie Says Social

Podcast #4 is also by a good friend of mine, but honestly, I’m telling you the ones that are open now on my podcast app – these are the ones that I’m listening to at this time. The next one is the Stevie Says Social podcast with Stevie Dillon. Stevie is so smart. She started out with a focus more on social media, but now I can tell that she is expanding out to other topics and covering all things online business. She is down-to-earth, strategic, and shares a ton of actionable advice that you can apply in your business right away. I have been a guest on this one twice, so definitely check out those episodes. Episodes include Launching a Podcast at #1, How to Set Marketing Goals in Your Business, and Steal this Instagram Post and Stories Formula (It WORKS). If you are into social media, you will love this one.

#5 – The Get Paid Podcast

The last one on my list of favorite podcasts is all about money, which is a topic that I love. It is called The Get Paid Podcast with Claire Pelletreau. This one is super-interesting because she dives deep into other people’s businesses. Not only does she ask them how much money they are making, but also what is happening behind-the-scenes in order to make that happen. For example, what are their expenses, what does their team look like, and what strategies are they actually implementing right now. This one is super-interesting. Claire is really good at asking the questions that you want the answers to. A few examples of episodes are 3 Weeks to Earning $10K from a $99 Workshop, An Interview with Mariah Coz: 7 Figures From Courses in Year One, and 3 Things You Got Wrong About FB Ads, (because she is also a Facebook ads expert).

Those are my top five favorite podcasts. I hope that you enjoy listening to them. Give them a try and let me know your thoughts in the comments below. I love podcasts, I love that you can listen to them on-the-go. I’ll often listen when I’m going for a walk, while I’m doing the dishes – I just kind of pop them on all the time. Actually, I kind of want a podcast – let me know in the comments if you think I should do that.
