3 Keys to a More Scalable Business
Heads up: I use affiliate links for my fave products. If you click and purchase, I may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you.
If you want more time in your schedule and more money in the bank, it’s time to make your business scalable. But what does that actually mean?
When I say “scalable,” I mean building a business that can grow – more customers, more reach – without a massive increase in time or cost. To make that happen, you need systems that support expansion and allow you to do more with less.
Hit play or read the post below:
Here are three key tweaks to help you scale:
1. Create Scalable Offers
One of the most powerful moves you can make is transitioning from one-to-one offers to one-to-many offers. Instead of trading time for money through services or coaching, think about how you can serve multiple people at once.
Scalable offers include:
– Digital products
– Group coaching programs
– Memberships
– Online courses
Let’s say you’re charging $200 per coaching session and can realistically handle 10 sessions a week – your income is capped at $2,000/week. But if you create a course and sell it for $200, there’s no limit on how many people can buy it. That’s the power of scale.
Think about how you can package the work you’re already doing into a more scalable format that delivers results without relying on your time.
2. Set Up a Scalable Sales System
If the only way someone can buy from you is through a discovery or sales call, you’re not just selling your service – you’re selling your time. These calls are great for starting out, but eventually they can overwhelm your schedule.
The fix? Create a more leveraged sales system – like a webinar.
With a webinar, you can share your offer with 100 people at once, instead of meeting with them individually. You can run it live or, better yet, automate it with a pre-recorded version that people can watch anytime. That’s how you free up time and still make consistent sales.
This is what I mean when I talk about having an “automated sales funnel” – a system that sells your offers for you, 24/7.
3. Focus on Scaled Visibility
Reaching out to leads one-by-one might work in the beginning, but it’s not sustainable long term. You’ve probably received those cold DMs from someone pitching a product you never asked for – and let’s be honest, it rarely works.
A better strategy? Attract people to you in groups.
You can do this through:
– Creating content (YouTube, blog posts, Instagram, etc.)
– Running ads that reach your ideal clients at scale
Instead of chasing one person at a time, you’re building visibility that brings in many – and that’s how real momentum is created.
Final Thoughts
If you’re ready to create a more leveraged business that gives you both freedom and income, these are the three tweaks I recommend:
– Scalable offers
– A scalable sales system
– Scaled visibility
Start making these shifts, and you’ll build a business that grows without burning you out.
